The Day it Hit Me and God Spoke to Me

Today at work I looked down at my left and realized it was no longer bare. I realized the part of me that has been lost and empty for the past 24 years was now complete. What a powerful feeling to feel……I realized God has not only been molding me into a woman that is pleasing to his spirit but also as the gift that only is meant for one man. A man that breathes my breath, sees beyond my soul, loves me to his depths, and has had me in his heart the entire time. You don’t always realize what the wait and the battles God gives to you are preparing you for…and today I have finally seen the light. I am going to be someone’s WIFE (wonderful image of fulfillment and eternity). Although I did not see it at times I have been blessed beyond measure I will soon be delighted with a HUSBAND (honorable, undeniable, selfless, beautiful, abundant, new and divine). WOW

To love, honor, and cherish till death do us part. The part of that, that is missing to me is that upon death I will always be apart of his soul that can never be taken away from him. There will never be enough words to describe this feeling of overwhelming love and destiny. All of my wondering, hoping, wishing and begging God to send me something ANYTHING that will show me he sees me, he hears my prayers, and he is walking through this life with me……now I repent.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for all of the wonderful blessings that have been bestowed upon me. I thank you for laying down your life so that I may live. I thank you for every lesson, value, and journey you have placed upon me to get me to who I am today. I repent my Father for all of my wrong doings, and I praise YOU my Father for being just that. I lay complete and utter control over my life in your hands right now and ask you do with me as you please. You are Lord, you are God and I am Yours. Amen

To everyone who reads this: do NOT ever underestimate the power of what God has planned for your life. I am a true testimony that he will always come when you need him and never fail you or leave you unguided.

To Derrick: Always remember I love you, I cherish you, and I am in this life with you now and forever. Thank you for choosing me.
